Jeremiah 45:5b
”For I will bring disaster on all people, declares the Lord, but wherever you go I will let you escape with your life.”
There is no doubt we live in very dangerous times. Economic experts, scientific experts and even spiritual seers are all predicting very difficult times ahead. The covid19 pandemic seems to be lingering on much longer than anticipated. Indeed what one needs in times like this, is divine escape.
The Bible fortunately, gives ample evidence of God’s ability to cause you and your family to escape every looming danger.
- Escape from every arrow of the enemy.
Twice in the life of David, King Saul attempted to pin him to the wall with his arrow, and in both instances David eluded him by the grace of God. This season, I declare, that no arrow of the enemy targeted at you will succeed. - Escape from every trap or temptation.
The Bible says there is no temptation that has overtaken you, that is not common to man, but with every temptation God provides a way of escape. (1Cor 10:13). May your eyes be opened to the way of escape whenever you feel trapped or tempted. - Escape every looming danger.
Several times,Joseph was directed to escape with baby Jesus when Herod sought to annihiliate him. (Matt 2:13). The Bible says, I will also keep you from the hour of trial that is going to come upon the whole world. (Rev 3:10).
Dear friend, no matter what danger lies ahead in 2020 and beyond, be assured of supernatural escape routes.
The key is to look out for these routes!
The Bible says “a thousand may fall at your side and ten thousand at your right hand but it shall not come near you”. (Psalm 91:7).
This season, may you sing like David did; and may your soul escape like a bird out of the snare of the fowler in Jesus name!
