I always pray for you, making mention of you in my prayers

Pray also for me…

Phil. 1 :4, Eph. 6 :19

Prayer is no doubt one of the most mystical and yet powerful assets in our Christian walk; and in a period of excalating cases of a world pandemic with no cure in sight, prayer has become the lifeline to our deadline.

For those who doubt the power and potency of prayer, my answer is this:
If you believe there is a virus out there that has the potential to infect you and to kill you, even though you cannot see it, then why can’t you believe there is a big God who answers prayer even though you cannot see Him with your physical eyes.

🔹Paul suggests calling out the names of brethren and praying for them regularly (Phil 1 :4); and rightly so, because even in the occultic world names are called and incantations are made against people. If you are a reader of this devotional, I want to assure you that today I will be mentioning you before the Father and asking the Lord to cover you and your family with His divine protection this season.

🔹Paul also often requested the prayer support from his brethren. (Eph 6: 19). I do hope you make time also to pray for all who might be going through a challenge this season and to pray also for me.

The Bible says after Job prayed for his friends, the Lord restored his fortunes and gave him twice as much as he had before.(Job 42 :10)

Get ready to receive double for your trouble as you get into the place of prayer today.
