Care Givers & Helps Wing of Gracefields Chapel is made up of three Ministries namely The Protocol Team, The Ministry of Hostesses and the Ushering Ministry (Ministry of the Gate Keepers); with the Protocol head being their overall leader.

To provide a Spirit filled atmosphere and life changing experience for Our Special Guests, all Visitors, the Pastors and all church members during all church events.
They achieve this by preparing the church auditorium for services, directing traffic at the car park, ushering members in, coordinating church service activities, seeing to the needs of the pastors and other special guests, etc.
